A Very Special Project - Africville
We have a very special project, in honour of the descendants of Africville. It is a painting by Katie Campbell, which was done in 2008 but will hopefully never be completed. The artist's vision is to have descendants of Africville place their finger print in gold ink around the border of the painting as a celebration of the continuing spirit of the community. There will also be a book to sign to document participation.
This step can be done by attending an Open Art Night and letting the artist know you would like to add your mark, or by appointment, so the artist can ensure proper handling of the painting in the process.

Suggested Format for Presentations
You may be very comfortable presenting or you may wish to have some guidelines. This is a suggested format only, the timeline for presentations is ten minutes.
If you have specific people you wish to see your work, be sure to invite them, but mostly it is an opportunity to build community, cross collaboration, mentorship and growth!
